Compliance Control Manager

Hi Everyone,

In our company, we have a dedicated system for CCM apart from our main S3 System.

The CCM system never had a problem for the past 3 years or so.
The admin who used to support CCM went away 3 years ago.

Now we are experiencing error when we try to login.




Some people told me that this can be resolved by recycling Web and RMI.
However, upon checking the CCM server... we didn't find any trace of RMI within the server.

Could someone please confirm that CCM requires RMI to be functional?

If yes then maybe for some reason RMI got removed from the server.
