We just upgraded from version 9 to version10.  We've had some jobs go into waiting with an error I've never encountered before:

**** End of File Attributes For File: PRTRCSV    ****
Unable To Open File With Mode "r"
                    /lawson/law/prod/work/PRTRCSV/PRTRCSV
File Open Error:: No such file or directory

After investigating, I found that whenever I create a new job with jobdef, then go in to modify the workfile destination, the file in question was a TYPE=PRINTER (see attachment).  In fact, the first workfile was always the correct value of CSV but for ANY other workfile, it is PRINTER.  I've tried rebuilding the job from scratch, I've checked the program definition and they are always CSV.  I even recompiled a couple programs in case something odd happened during the upgrade.  I'm at a complete loss here.  During a webex with Lawson support, they showed me (on their system) how it correctly would change from PRINTER to CSV if they did a TAB to the next field.  However, in my case this does not happen.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?  I'm afraid that I'm sitting on a powder keg here because I cannot create any new jobs under any program that will have the correct type of CSV for any workfile other than the first one alphabetically.  Thanks in advance.
