All online screens are hanging in LID and Portal. Such as HR00, CU01, etc. I can do a drop down on fields and drill around, but when inquiring, changing or adding a record, the screen hangs (hourglassing). This happens in the application productline and LOGAN for any screen. Batch jobs do work ok and no problems there. I *can* do rngdbdump's no problems. I'm NOT using privileged ONLINE user.
ladb.log says:
Wed Aug 27 14:32:14 2008: [D:\LINTE\LSF93\law\train93\obj\CU01] GetDbAuthInfo() Cannot access TRAIN93 with a null RMId
Wed Aug 27 14:32:15 2008: ladb (GetWKForPid): Driver 10 died, pid 5720 Wed Aug 27 14:47:27 2008: [D:\LINTE\LSF93\law\logan\obj\LO12] GetDbAuthInfo() Cannot access LOGAN with a null RMId
So, there is a KB article saying there could be a duplicate RMid ties to the OS Login. I checked in Security Admin for that. I am logged into LID as the 'lawson' user, which has full admin security class. I verified the lawson user does have a unique RMid.
In the MICROSOFT file, the login is 'sa' which is a user in the sql database. 'sa' is also a unique user with full admin priveliges in laua, and is also a user in Security Administrator with a unique RMid. There are no duplicate RMid's for any logins.
This is Windows, with SQL 2005 with LSF9.0.0.4 I've recycled and rebooted and tried a few different things.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Roger
