Can someone tell me the steps for setting up HTTPS on Websphere? I believe I have ssoconfig setup properly but I am still struggling to get this to work on my environment. I found steps on Lawson's site describing ssoconfig in detail but not Websphere. Any help would be appreciated. I requested this information from Lawson but was told I needed to talk to LPS.

    Thanks.

      Hi Matt -

You have to configure WAS with the SSL Certificates - there are instructions on how to do this in the Smart Office installation guide. You should use a Certificate from a CA - which can take a while, or you can generate your own using the Windows CA (root CA).

Let me know if you do not have access to the Smart Office guide - I can go through my copy and notes from the Smart Office install I did later tonight after work and give you some details.

You don't need to engage LPS :-), search under Smart Office / SSL on the Knowledge base - you might find it too.

      Rob.

Thanks Rob. I'll take a look. That came up on my search, but since we don't use Smart Office I didn't think to look at it. But if it has the info I need then why not. Thanks.

I worked with a Lawson consultant on it, but he shared this site with me that he was using for the steps. Make sure the https port is in the virtual hosts in the websphere console (under Environment, Virtual Hosts, default host).
