Updating LSF or APPS

    Hi all, I've been reading through posts and looking through Lawson's Support site.  I'm interested to know what others are doing when it comes to patching and updating systems/apps.  Do you update to keep current? Or do you wait until a patch is needed to fix an issue?

    I'm sort of leaning towards the "if it aint broke don't fix it" method.

      As needed, since they changed the patching model to "bundled" type.

        I'm not sure what you mean by bundled type?  I remember seeing a notification going out that says you need to apply this one cumulative patch, ~Feb 5(?), before any of the new JT patches could be applied.  I didn't think the future JT patches were cumulative.

          lawson changed the way they patch about half a year ago. For example, instead of delivering 20 files to fix one issue, they have a new structure in place now. They would patch like 200 files (bundle). Most of the PR patches are "bundled" type now which causes alot of headache for me.
