User can not add a job in LID

    I have a user who can not add a job in LID. The other users were able to do so.

    Getting the error:

    File DEV/ARCOMP .OpenDBFile error is Unable to start driver (52). OpenDBFile error is Unable to start driver (52). System error is Invalid argument (22).

     

    Thought it had to do with permission in the folders but that was changed and the user still could not add.

     

    Any insight is greatly appreciated.

      the domain account of this user, is the account a member of the lawson users group? also, does he have jobqueue access? new user? old user?
