I am applying a CTP and noticed at the bottom there is a special note section that says I need to verify that other CTPs (and PTs!) have been applied. Is there an easy way to do this? I've applied lots of CTPs before, but never noticed this section. Maybe I've just been lucky.

This seems like this could be a neverending loop. How do you go about this verification process? (And I'm not referring to simply checking the install.log - I would know if I had actually installed the CTP/patch myself).

Oh..wait. I think I simply read the wrong file. I was looking at the readme, not the *delta* readme. No such pre-requsites in that one. So, I think I should be good to go.

In the future, you can check lawappinstall.log for your productline. $LAWDIR//Admin/lawappinstall.log

SOrry that I wasn't clear. I wasn't asking about CTPs that have been physically applied outside of a version upgrade. I do use the logs often and am very familiar with them. I meant that how would you know that the specified CTP is not already included in your version of the application.

But that is what the delta read-me file does. So I'm good.
