On a test environment (W2003, LSF 9.0.0.5, WebSphere 6.1 FP19) , upgraded tghe WebSphere Update installer to version 7.0.0.13.  Downloaded fix pack 33.  Did the update for AppServer and Plugins with no error messages.  Redeployed the applications (Lawson Security, IOS, BPM), generated and propogated the plugin.  Restarted the server.  All smoke tests fail (see attached file for all details)  -- SSOServlet  with Error 500: Failed to initialize LDAP...  SSOCfgInfoServlet with Error 500: failed when initializing LawsonAuthentication  etc.
Am able to uninstall to FP19 successfully.
On our other test LSF environment, the upgrade was successful.
    Lawson GSC not helpful.

Your docx wouldn't load for me. Problems with content that office 2010 couldn't repair.

              I would do this:

              1) UNINSTALL your lawson security, BPM. IOS
              2) install lawson security, BPM, IOS
              3) redeploy webserver plugin
              4) restart your appserver/webserver etc

P.S. did you upgrade your websphere jdk to FP33 too?

This was finally resolved by first applying Websphere FP33 then downloading and applying the latest IBM JCE policy files to the security folder under java\jre\lib for both AppServer and Plugins.
