What does "QB3_LINUX" mean in a Patch description?

We just had a new server/test environment set up for us by a Lawson guy.  He's done and off to another client, and now I am trying to find out what patches might be needed since he completed his install.  I should add that it has been some time since I did any searching for technology patches, but I think it used to be a heck of a lot easier to nail them down than it is now.

When I seach for S3 Core Technology patches, I get several returned with this description:

[QB3_LINUX] Reports by Online app...(etc. etc.)

Even if I specify Windows, I get these returned. Any ideas as to what that "QB3_Linux" means??
