    Greetings,
Does anyone have a good way to create an Access Report out of Lawson Security?  Every six months we complete an access audit.  I would like to retrieve the below fields.  The RM User report does not include all the below fields but it would be a good start, however it does not allow you to select all users.  You have to select each one individually.  We have 5,000 users so that would take me eons of clicking to accomplish creating the report.

    ID
    First Name
    Last Name
    CheckLS
    Group
    Role
    Addins
    HRAuthorControl
    CompanyControl
    PortalRole

    PROD_EMPLOYEE.COMPANY
    PROD_EMPLOYEE.EMPLOYEE
    PROD_REQUESTER.REQUESTER

I know my other option is to do a pull from the DB2 database but that is not a simple task due to the way db2 records are setup.

If anyone has any ideas I am anxiously waiting for your responses.

    Thank You!!

      Hi Matthew,

We just went live with Lawson Security in July and I am on the same quest. I have not found a direct way to extract records from LDAP but I need the same data you do. Right now I am using the standard 9.0 Security Administrator RM User Attribute report in a CSV output. I have not found a way to do a mass dump of the Identity information; example employee & requestor.
I use flat files which a contractor provides for me from a LDAP browser; I process these files with a tool called Monarch. GSC told me to do a ssoconfig export (kb 560191 SSOCONFIG: Exporting service and identity info). I am not a system administrator and they will not give me access to the LDAP Browser or SSOCONFIG. I tried to hook up Crystal but gave up; here is the Business Objects support doc: 1217632 - How to report off Active Directory in Crystal Reports.

Please post if you find the answer to your quest!!

You can use ProcessFlow to query this information. the RM Query node has access to all the fields with one catch   the fields with multiple entries (Roles,Groups) only return the first entry.
