Cannot update Crystal Report in LBI

    Good afternoon,
    We have a Crystal report, data source is a view built by our IT department. When I run it in Crystal I can get it to refresh after inputting new parameters (date range). I publish it in LBI and I can get to the report via the dashboard, but when I try to refresh and enter a new date range I get the following error message:

    Failed to open the connection. Failed to open the connection. EE Listing by HM AU with parameter {9C50237D-53A6-411C-A755-7C6B10D036D5}.rpt

    We have another Crystal report that allows us to enter a date range and the report refreshes correctly without any issues.

      This sounds like a report data source issue. I would suggest running the report using Crystal Reports designer that is installed on the LBI server. This will require remote access to the LBI server.

        Turns out that the issue was that the ODBC driver needed to be configured in Lawson/LBI
