End User sees Parameters differently

Hi,

I published a report to LBI test with 3 dynamic parameters. When I open the report in LBI TEST, the parameters page pops up, and displyas the parameters as I would expect to see them...each one has a box on the left. You can click on the data field you want and bring them over the the box on the right. When my co-worker runs the report, the data fields do not appear in the left boxes, it's just blank. She can manually type in the options on the left and bring them to the right, but I don't want the customer to have to do that.

Any thoughts as to why the parameters appear differently for me than for my colleague? Is there a setting I need to check that's not checked?
