Import Devices not working

    We were upgraded to LBI Version10.1.12.0.179 and I have not been able to import devices since then.
    I am using the same device template as we did before. I checked the device type naming (from an earlier post
    by Greg Moeller) and still can't upload. My error is:
    - An error occured when attempting to save the device to the database.
    - The device import has completed with errors. Some devices might not have been imported.

    Nothing imported. Infor said they can't duplicate update to the next version. I can't find anything that
    indicates that the device import template has changed. Any ideas?

      what errors are you seeing in the WebSphere log files? How many devices are you importing? what is the database platform that LBI repository is installed on?

        We ended up deleting all of the current device-only users and then we were able to import devices again, however,
        some devices are being held in error and I can't see them in All Devices but I also can't import them either. It's a work in progress....
