Has anyone downloaded and installed this yet?

Does it give the users a friendlier interface for applying "VTS". I took the example .jsp/.js files and modified them to use web user attributes to determine which data a user can see in a report, but it would be nice for the end users to administer this similar to the current version of Report Broadcasting.
