The AM260 report is still in the user's print manager and he needs an excel file created.
I just received this call 5 minutes ago. I used to "crystallize" Lawson standard reports10 years ago but have not done it in recent memory. I rarely use OLEDB although I have it on my computer.
Of course the users needs it tomorrow and I was going to be on PTO but I would still like to help if at all possible.
I am searching for documentation on this that is newer than the article posted in the Lawson Guru newsletter in 2004. The article refers to Xtra which I don't see as an option when I look at my OLE DB connection.
Thank you.

Good morning,
We resolved this situation by converting the report PDF file to EXcel with Adobe Professional but due to the report layout it involved more manual effort than we thought when we started the process.
I would like to know if there is a database connection I could use to connect to the .prt file with Crystal. ODBC connections are much simpler if the connection is an option.
The OLE DB Query does provide some help with print files that are post upgrade but the print manager file queries from the pre upgrade files fail. The pre upgrade files are version 8.1. We will be upgrading to Lawson 10 in future months so I am still interested in potential print manager report access from prior databases just in case we need the option in the future.
Adobe Professional is not as convenient as we had hoped.
Thank you and have a great Thanksgiving.
Donna
