lbi blank rows

    Hi

    Have had issues when the created and saved crystal report which is exported using LBI on a timed session to a user sent by email
    Every time one is sent - it seems to merge some cells and include blanks on rows and columns periodically
    Any ideas on how to remove this issue would be good
    I have tried not suppress & ensure there are no gaps between fields etc

      Are you still having this problem?

      What is the output format of the scheduled report...(RPT, PDF, DOC, XLS, XLD or CSV)?

      If the merging of cells, blanks on rows and columns occurs, does it also occur when you run the report from Crystal on your desktop? In other words, is LBI creating the problem here, or is it happening anyway?

      Just some thoughts!
