LBI report output to Excel - unwanted merging of cells

    Hello! I've created a report in Crystal 2008 which displays perfectly when exported to Excel. However, when this same report is uploaded to LBI, and then opened in .xls format, cells are being merged. Is there a setting so that i can have it output exactly as it is doing in Crystal?

      Get the user to export using the Microsoft Excel (97-2003) data only option this ensures that each field in Crystal will have one cell in Excel.
