Created a new list with a couple filters and loaded to the module on the dashboard.  We are using Lawson security groups for access and bursting.  When user click on the link in the module they are converetde to my, or the list/report ownwers log in and security.  Anyone seen this before?  We syncronized users but it did not fix the problem.  We are on 9.0.2.2.127...

    Help?

What kind of data connection is used in the report? Is the report a Lawson Back Office Report or a Crystal Report. Ive seen this issue before with SmartNotifications and links to Lawson Forms. I dont recall it in Reporting Services though there were a lot of bugs with Bursting in your version.
If any of my answers were helpful an endorsement on LinkedIn would be much appriciated! www.linkedin.com/pub/matthew-nye/1a/886/760/

        Hi Chris,

My first guess would be to make sure you ran the dsso synchronization. I would like to network with you about using Lawson security for LBI. We use a combination of Lawson security and LBI groups, lists, report security groups. We are considering rolling out a new dashboard using only Lawson security groups. Here is my e-mail if you want to compare notes about the pros and cons joanna_bledsoe@dell.com

Chris - We have seen this issue and we are on the same version as you. We experience the issue sometimes with both back office and Crystal reports. I created a case last week with Lawson they determined that my RAS and Crystal reports are not on the same service pack levels. They also instructed me to apply the fix packs for 902. I found that I could get the report list to show the correct user report list by bouncing RAS; temporary work around. I left my e-mail above if you want to compare notes.

We did the dsso synch yesterday, in TEST first, and then production.  It worked in TEST, although I had checked the review expired users...IT did not want me to do this in Production.  We are planning on recycling the server today to see if that clears the issue.

In response to others we use Lawson Security groups instead of LBI groups so that they can be maintained in one location (IT).  It seems to be working ok..not an IT person...

            Thanks for all the feedback

Will let you know how the reboot goes...
