We are pushing out links on dashboard for access to historical instances of reports. The users are getting access to these lists with no issue. However, they get a link for "Details" which gets them to the report details page. We can lock down all of the items via permissions - with the exception of the General Properties. But this gives them the ability to change the report name, description and if it is active or not. I have not found a way to stop this. I've got a case open on this but no answer yet. Anyone else had this issue?

I haven't looked to see if I can hide the "detail" link by changing the xsl file....

This is LBI 9.0.1.4 - most recent patches.

Here is a sample link on the dashboard:

    /ers/ersLists.jsp?&ADMINBAR=FALSE&STYLESHEET=ersReports.xsl&PAGE=1&LISTBAR=FALSE&ACCESSCOUNT=1&CMD=GETLIST&TITLEBAR=FALSE&REPORTID=25

Just found the "&OPTIONS=false" parameter which hides the "Details" section. Problem Solved.

Can you provide your method for posting these historical links to the dashboard? We have been working on a solution for this, but have not found a good way to do so.

        Thanks

Hi... I'm kinda new with LBI and would very much appreciate where you place the "&OPTIONS=false" parameter as I am also having the same issue with the "Details" section. Appreciate your reply.
