Unable to export LBI report

    OK, this is a wierd one...

    I have a user who is attempting to export the output of a Crystal report run from an LBI dashboard. The report runs fine, but just won't export for her. Also, other users are able to successfully run and export the same report & save their results locally.

    However, when this particular user hits the export icon, the cursor simply displays this wierd little yellow icon that looks like some sort of sunburst with a squigley red outline. But, there is no text displayed with the icon to explain the error it is encountering.

    Has anyone ever seen/experinced this? It does seem to be Crystal/LBI/Lawson related and not a Windows issue, but I have no idea what it is or how to fix it for her.

      any chance you can send a screenshot of that icon? i assume youve checked to make sure this user doesnt have specific permissions that would prevent her from doing an export?

        Has this person tested on another PC? Sometimes the Adobe, IE, Google Toolbar, etc could play a role for that person on that PC.

          Are you using any report security groups that might be causing the issue or is everything using the default.
