Viewing Scheduled Rpts in LRS

    Hello.  We are running LRS v1 and I have a pretty basic question.  I know that LBI has more to offer than LRS but perhaps I am missing something.  Is the only way in LRS to view a previously scheduled report as follows: give user access to Tools (as an admin) and then have them view the instance?  It doesn't appear as if you can publish the report to a dashboard and then have the end-user simply view the instance.  Is this by design?

      If I recall correctly, the easiest way to deliver reports to users while allowing them to view historical instances, is to create a "My Reports" type dashboard. This dashboard will include all reports that a user has access to. To the left of the report name, there is an icon that, when clicked, will allow you to select report history (assuming the user has sufficient permissions). Not sure if this helps any...
