    I am trying to upload a file from CE Broker to PA22 Certifications but I am getting duplicate records for some reason.  LIS does not support this function when I asked them for help.

      Are you getting an error like "already exists"? Or are you getting an IOS/database error?
      Have you tried loading some manually via Portal and looking at the AGS call?
