Lawson took down their sample files, but say they are available if you call support - there were a lot of options available, so you may want to try them if no one has one to share (unfortunately, I don't) - good luck

Here are the excel spreadsheets we use to add items to already existing agreements in Lawson.

We find it easier to just manually create the Agreement Header in Lawson, then do an upload for the lines. Then we do the tax after the new agreement lines are assigned.
