PA512 - Emergency Contact Conversion

Run PA512 (Emergency Contact Conversion) to convert emergency contact
information from a comma-separated value (csv) file into PA12.1 (Emergency
Contact).

Before you run PA512:
- Be sure the company is defined in HR00.1 (Company).
- Be sure employees are defined in HR11.1 (Employee).
- Be sure countries are defined in IN01.1 (Country Maintenance).

PA512 updates the following files:
