PR110 - Step And Grade Audit

Run PR110 (Step And Grade Audit) when you change rates on an existing step
and grade schedule, or when a new effective date becomes current. When you run
PR110 the system creates log file records of previous rates and new rates for
employees affected by step and grade schedule changes.

When you enter time records, a message is generated that PR110 should be run
if the step and grade schedule has been changed.

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - The Universe file used for recovery.

    EMPLOYEE   - Used to retrieve the employee name and number to print on the
                 report.

    PRSAGHEAD  - Used to validate a step and grade schedule and salary class.
