PR38.1 - Time Record Selection

Use PR38.1 (Time Card Selection) to change the status of time records from
Future to Current. Time records must have a status of Current to be processed
by PR140 (Earnings and Deductions Calculation).

You can select time records by process level, department, and pay frequency,
as well as time record date. If parameters defined in this form match values
on employee records, and the date on the time record is on or before the date
entered in the Date field, the system changes the time record status from
Future to Current. The status of one-time deductions changes from Future to
Current based on the same parameters.

You can also use PR137 (Batch Time Record Update) to change the status of
time records and one-time deductions from Future to Current.

To change the status of a single time record, use PR36.1 (Time Record
Maintenance).

    ONETMDED   - Maintained by this program. All one-time deductions having a
                 Future status are read and updated to Current status.

    TIMERECORD - Maintained by this program. All time records with a Future
                 status are read and changed to Current status.
