PR137 - Batch Time Record Update

PR137 (Batch Time Record Update) combines features of PR37.1 (Batch Time
Control) and PR38.1 (Time Card Selection) in one batch program. The report
options available are:

Release Batches Only. Time records are changed from Batch status to Future
status for specified batch numbers.

Select Time Records. Time records and one-time deductions are changed from
Future to Current status based on values entered in selection criteria fields.


Release Batches/Select Records. Time records and one-time deductions are
changed from Batch to Current status for specified batch numbers and selection
criteria.

If you select Yes in the Batch Control field on the company record, you must
balance the batch with the totals entered in PR37.1 (Batch Time Control)
before you can release it by running PR137 (Batch Time Record Update).

    CKPOINT    - The Universe file used for recovery.

    ONETMDED   - Used to update the one-time deduction status to 2 (current)
                 when the deduction is selected for processing.

    PBTIMEREC  -

    PRBATCH    - Used to validate the batch number and, if batch control is
                 used, to validate the actual total hours and amount. It is also
                 used to determine if the batch parameters are retained after
                 releasing the batch.

    PRSYSTEM   - Used to validate the company and process level.

    TIMERECORD - Used to validate the time record and the time record date, and
                 update the time record status. When you release a batch, the
                 associated time records are updated to Future status. Time
                 records selected for processing are updated to Current status.
                 Also used to total hours and rates for batch control.
