PA31.1 - Applicant

Use PA31.1 (Applicant) to define information about external applicants. An
external applicant is an individual applying for a job or position from
outside the company.

If you employ an applicant by using PA52.4 (Hire an Applicant), information
about the applicant updates to the corresponding employee records; you do not
have to re-type information.

Select the Applicant form tab to define basic applicant information such as
the status, date applied, and the process level with which the applicant will
be associated

Select the Personal form tab to define personal information about the
applicant such as the nickname, EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) class,
gender, social number, and so on.

Select the Interest form tab to track information about an applicant's
interest in specific jobs or positions.

Select the History form tab to define information about an applicant's past
employment with the company, former name, and so on.

Select the Current Address form tab to track the applicant's current address
and telephone numbers.

Select the Previous Address form tab to define the applicant's previous
address.

    APPLICANT  - The Applicant file is the main file updated by this program.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file updates PRS-LAST-APP
                 and determines whether auto applicant numbering is used.
