Cash Code The cash code. Represents a bank

must exist between the company and the
cash code in the Company - Cash Code
Relationship file.

Transaction Code The transaction code. Represents a type
of cash payment, bill of exchange
payment, or bank service transaction.
Must be a valid record in the Bank
Transaction Code file.

Journal Book The default journal book assigned to the
transaction code for the company - cash
code relationship. Must be a valid
record in the Journal Book Header file.
