Company The company number represents an
established company and is entered on
all function codes.
DFT-TABLE-CODE Alpha 4 BN04.1
Table Code Contains the code assigned to the
deduction frequency table that
identifies it when you define benefit
plans.
DFT-DESC Alpha 30 (Lower Case) BN04.1
Description Contains the deduction frequency table
description.
DFT-WKLY-DIVI Numeric 2 BN04.1
Weekly Premium Contains the weekly premium divisor.
Divisor The weekly premium divisor default value
is 52. All pay frequencies require a
premium divisor. The system divides the
annual premium or contribution amount
indicated on each employee benefit by
the premium divisor indicated by the pay
frequency, to determine the "next
amount" of the employee's deduction.
DFT-BIWK-DIVI Numeric 2 BN04.1
Bi-Weekly Premium Contains the biweekly premium divisor.
Divisor The biweekly premium divisor default
value is 26. All pay frequencies require
a premium divisor. The system divides
the annual premium or contribution
amount indicated on each employee
benefit by the premium divisor indicated
by the pay frequency, to determine the
"next amount" of the employee's
deduction.
DFT-SEMI-DIVI Numeric 2 BN04.1
Semi-monthly Contains the semimonthly premium
Premium Divisor divisor. The semimonthly premium divisor
default value is 24. All pay frequencies
require a premium divisor. The system
divides the annual premium or
contribution amount indicated on each
employee benefit by the premium divisor
indicated by the pay frequency, to
determine the "next amount" of the
employee's deduction.
DFT-MNTH-DIVI Numeric 2 BN04.1
Monthly Premium Contains the monthly premium divisor.
Divisor The monthly premium divisor default
value is 12. All pay frequencies require
a premium divisor. The system divides
the annual premium or contribution
amount indicated on each employee
benefit by the premium divisor indicated
by the pay frequency, to determine the
"next amount" of the employee's
deduction.
DFT-WKLY-CYCLE Alpha 1 Occurs 9 Times BN04.1
Weekly Deduction Contains the value that indicates the
Cycles cycle in which the system takes the
deduction for a weekly frequency table.
The system uses the Deduction Cycle
fields when creating the Employee
Deduction file record.

Cycle cycle in which the system takes the
deduction for a biweekly frequency
table. The system uses the Deduction
Cycle fields when creating the Employee
Deduction file record.

DFT-SEMI-CYCLE Alpha 1 Occurs 9 Times BN04.1
Semi-monthly Cycles Contains the value that indicates the
cycle in which the system takes the
deduction for a semimonthly frequency
table. The system uses the Deduction
Cycle fields when creating the Employee
Deduction file record.
