AC145 - Mass Transaction Backout
**Form Purpose
Use Mass Transaction Backout (AC145.1) to backout a set or range of activity
transactions. AC145 can also backout burden transactions associated with the
activity, backout the offset transactions for the burdens, and can reverse any
related GL transactions. Use the Update field to specify update or report
mode, and whether or not to backout burden transactions. Transactions with
related burdens can not be backed out unless you select one of the burden
options in the Update field.
You can not use AC145 to backout transactions that have been billed, have had
revenue recognized, have been capitalized, or that have related burden
adjustments.
**More Information
You can choose from a variety of selection options or filters after selecting
the activity or activity group. You can select transactions for backout by
company, system code, source code, account category, resource, or date range.
You can also combine these options to select transactions.
Use the Update Date Range and Update Time fields to select transactions from
a single run of AC190. You can select the date and time when AC190 was run to
identify the transactions included in the batch program. Use the Transaction
Details for a transaction to identify the correct date and time values.
