**Form Purpose
Run Prescient Extract To Lawson (IC531) to convert Prescient files to a
Lawson format, either Order Entry or Requisitions.

You must enter a file name and path for the Prescient "Extract" file. Also,
decide whether you will convert the file into Requisitions or Order Entry
