AC10 error when trying to delete; Old Lawson version

First I am on an old Lawson version - 7.2.4. I have used the Activity move process (AC11, AC110, AC10.5, AC120) to move activities from one group to another in order to clean up some keystroke error when a level was originally set up.

Now when I try to delete the dummy level 2 activity I create for the interim move, the AC10 screen gives me the message 'Cannot delete; subordinates exist in pending changes'.

Where are these pending changes?
