Can anyone point me towards a Lawson document, or a listing that someone may have posted, that explains what variables I might expect to see in the [ProgramName].cfg files and what those variables do for the program?

I see some .cfg files for batch job programs (five character program name) and a couple for on-line jobs (BRIP.cfg specifically).

I've searched here & on Lawson's Knowledge Base screens and have not had much luck finding anything that explains in detail what these variables are, what variables are valid and what those variables do to the program.

    Thanks.

John, thanks for that link... it gets me started.
what about something that explains what variables are available & what they mean for some of the on-line forms?
found the following while reviewing BRIP.cfg:

        RPTMAP_TYPE
        RPTMAP_TRANSITION
        RUNTIME_XML_ENABLE
        RUNTIME_CSV
        RUNTIME_XML
        RUNTIME_LOC_PROP

i get the impression that these are environment variables created as part of the system source setup but can find nothing that explains the how or why they are used.

again, thanks for the help, it is appreciated
