Emp can log into Lawson fine, but no data is displayed for her under paychecks, leave balances, etc. I have no idea how to troubleshoot this one. Any suggestions would be greatly appriceated.

Check the employee's PROD_EMPLOYEE identity. This has to match for anything to show up there. *Note: Your setup may be slightly different.. ie LPROD_EMPLOYEE PRODLINE_EMPLOYEE, etc.

Sorry, but what do you mean by employee ID? Our power users maintain ESS so I am clueless. It's first time troubleshooting ESS.

In their Lawson Security Administrator (LSA) record. Pull up LSA, log in, click on 'User Management', click on 'User Maintenance', type in employee's last name, select the record by right-clicking on it go down to 'Manage Identities' .
In the left hand pane, you should see at least one 'something_EMPLOYEE' left-click on it. Fill in the appropriate values for COMPANY and EMPLOYEE on the right. Exit, and Save.
Wait for the upload to happen to the server *Usually 5 to 15 minutes. Then try again.

Greg, I forwarded to our security Admin and he said the employee is in there so he did not have to select the record I guess and manage identities.

Did they check to see if the company number and employee number is correct?

If the Employee identity in LSA is correct. Then the next possible cause is the tables for the payment records are not accessible by he role/security class.

According to our security admin the employee has access to the payment records. Also, getting an employee record was not found when clicking on personal profile.

Greg, you were right. This turned out to be an issue with the employee's profile. I asked security admin to followed the steps but he didn't notice the ID was incorrect until Lawson asked for a screenshot. Thank you!
