We are running Lawson 10 and have users who submit jobs & reports. Sometimes a user submits a job/report that runs for over a 1/2 hour. Is there a way in Lawson 10 to kill this job maybe through Print Manager or does it have to be done on the back end (maybe through LID) and what would be the command to do this.

    Thank you in advance!

If your on a form such as PO120 you can click on the Job Sched button. Once you are there click on either the Active or Waiting tabs. Then right click on the job you want to cancel and click delete. You can also get to the Job Sched when you are in the Print Manager by clicking on Related Forms and then click Job Sched. The individual will have to be authorized to do this. We don't allow our users to delete jobs so they have to contact us to do it.

Hi Allen, just wanted to mention to be careful if you are killing an update job. Especially if it is a canned Lawson program, if it is feasible to do so, I would definitely contact Xtreme Support before you kill it.
