    Does anyone know how to
    1)Print the 1099 report
2)Adjust the form alignment so the numbers fit exactly in the boxes
3)Change the print orientation to portrait
    Thanks

      Nigel,
AP245 is the report; AP145 is for the forms.
Make sure you download and install the latest 2006 versions from Lawson's support site:
      http://support.lawson.com...yearend_ap_home.html
To change the forms, you would need to modify the .rpt report layout, and possibly the COBOL/RPG code.
Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com forums!

        John,
Thanks for getting back to me on this. I will have my IT people download this patch.
Lawson support is telling me that 1099s' can only be printed on a dot matrix printer.
I didn't know those still existed!!
Anyhow, I am positive folks must be using laser printers successfully to print 1099's with properalignment.
        Thanks again and happy holidays

New to AP modules... Old 1099 printer is gone... We need a new printer, can 1099's be setup to print on a Lazer printer? Where do you setup the Printer type in Lawson (AP145)? any help or info is greatly appreciated... Joe... 11/8/2011)...

We don't print the forms directly from Lawson. We have software from our forms vendor that has the 1099 definitions and send the AP145 output to that.
