We have moved to LS9 Security (no more laua). Most of the forms we had access to were removed and now we are piece mealing them back.

My director used to have access to an AP form that provided a snap shot of all AP Vendor payments. He also said he was able to compare one fiscal year to another using this form, but cannot remember which one it was. Our IT department is also not able to tell us.

We looked in the Excel Add in list since that is our only window to all Lawson forms under every module, but we weren't able to decipher which one we needed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Thanks!

      Hi Bev,

I think you're looking for AP90.6 Company Vendor Balances.

We looked at AP90.6, but this form only allows the user to see one FY period at a time. What my director said he used to use (when on laua security) was a form he inquired on and could see all FY periods with a running total, including last and current FY.

I'm not sure what screen that could be, I haven't seen one like that before.

If you just moved to LS security and are still on LSF9, your old LAUA setup should still be there. You could either set up a test user with the director's previous security class or run a report on it to see what is included.

Here's a screen shot of all forms with 'Vendor' in their name or description ... if it helps?
