LSD upload for Supervisor Business Class

Hi all, I am using Lawson Spreadsheet Designer to do an initial load of data into our prod environment.  When trying to load supervisors to the Supervisor Business class, i get an error " Manager chart does not exist - please run generate manager org chart records action from data load menu".  I have tried running that (nothing seems to happen).  Still can not load.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
