Removing Icons

In version 3, you'd have to modify LPL code.

In version 10, you'd do this using Configuration Console. (You can do many other things with Configuration Console as well)
To do this:

Start ==> Configuration ==> My Personalizations ==> click on Menus ==> Click NEW  (the icon just above the Search box)==> when window pop up, select LRCEmployeeMenu.

The Menu will be seen, just right click on the one you want to delete, then delete it.

This change is Private, meaning just for you, other won't be affected by this.
To make a global change, you would not Personalize the menu, but to Configure it (you'd have to have the correct privilege to do that)
