Break out the messages in the "Instructions" section

Does anyone know a way to break out messages within the “Instructions:” section of notification. Is there a special value that we can enter between the lines to move the next section down?

When we need to customize the way the email looks, where the body of text is or any of the other view I create a new template.

You can use html tags.


to go to a new line.
I also used fontcolor red and blue.
