Been tasked with linking a word doc to a smart notification. I don't even know if that is possible.

Anyone have any pointers? Cook-book style instructions?

word inside a notification or a link in a word doc to a notification?

that should just be a basic link to a network share drive. is the link dynamic or static?

We just have never done anything like this before, and would like some instructions. I'm checking to see if the link will remain static or if it will be a dynamic link.

So, under step #3 where you add the links, you would do a file link, and then specify the UNC path to the document, correct? *Assuming that it is a static link?

yes, that should work. Be sure that the file folder is a share but i think this would work for a static link.

I'd like to add to this discussion, but I have a question for Greg first.
Is the Word document going to change frequently? Or is it perhaps a 'How-to' for the Smart Note recipient - Details on what they should do if they receive this Smart Note. I ask this question because I would handle this in two different ways depending on the answer.
