Smart Notes

    I'm not sure why the smart note notifaction isn't sending e-mails to the owner. Does anyone has any solutions I can try

      Its a very general question and there are lots of areas to check. Start with you install vaidator and make sure the email configuration is correct. A quick way to check this is to create a new device and have the verification code sent. If the email reaches the recipient then you know the issue is with your notification. Post back your results and we can try some other trouble shooting techniques after that.

      also, what version of SN are you on?

        On the delivery tab of the notification check to see whether you have the option deliver to the Recipients. Was the owner getting emails before ?

        If you have the emart notes devivered through the smart notes scheduler you can also check the delivered alert hostory to see whether the owner got the email or not ?

        Check to see whether the owner receives a test email from LBI or smart notes by adding the owner's email address as a device and confieming the device.
