fill pyxis orders from stockroom

We currently run RQ500 to interface with pyxis so our staff fills from orders from a vendor. We want to experiment to see how it will go if the staff fills from the storeroom instead of ordering from the vendor. We would like to test with 5 pyxis unit locations but no idea how to shut it off so we don't get orders from the vendor. The goal is to stop the process for 5 units on the same floor.

Here is our process:
• PO100 will create release PO’s for hospital A
• PO100 will create unreleased POs. Prints in purchasing department (unreleased requisitions non-pyxis).
• PYXIS – gets database file from Pyxis
• RQ500 will create requisitions based on the file FTPed from Pyxis.
• PO100 will create released PYXIS POs for Hospital A only.
• PO120Pyxis - Pyxis EDI File Generation
• GHX sends orders to Hospital A
• Hospital A ships orders in the morning
