PA38.1 - Applicant Relocation

Use PA38.1 (Applicant Relocation) to track information about the applicant's
relocation preferences.

When you employ an applicant by using PA52.4 (Hire an Applicant), the
information from this screen updates to PA24.1 (Relocation); you do not have
to re-type information.

                 delete function. Deletes comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE = RL.
