PA35.1 - Applicant Skills

Use PA35.1 (Applicant Skills) to track information about an applicant's
skills.

The Personnel Administration system uses skill information to determine
whether an applicant is qualified to perform a job or position.

When you employ an applicant by using PA52.4 (Hire an Applicant), the
information from this screen updates to PA21.1 (Skill); you do not have to
re-type information.

Updated Files

    APPLICANT  - The Applicant file is maintained by this program on add
                 function. Updates APL-LAST-EPC-SEQ.

    CKPOINT    - The Check Point file is the environment file used for recovery.

    EMPCODES   - The Emp/App Personnel Codes file is the main file updated by
                 this program. Records have EPC-TYPE = SK.

    PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file deletes comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE
                 = SK.
