PA36.1 - Applicant Certification

Use PA36.1 (Applicant Certification) to track information about an
applicant's certifications.

The Personnel Administration system uses certification information to
determine whether an applicant is qualified to perform a job.

When you employ an applicant by using PA52.4 (Hire an Applicant), the
information in this screen updates to PA22.1 (Certifications); you do not have
to re-type information.

    APPLICANT  - The Applicant file is used to verify applicants.

    EMPCODES   - The Emp/App Personnel Codes file is the main file updated by
                 this program. Records have EPC-TYPE = CE.

    PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is maintained by this program on
                 delete function. Deletes applicant comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE =
                 CE.
