ITCOMMENT FILE

                             Item Comments

The Item Comments file stores the comments associated with an Item Master
record. Each item can have up to 999 comments. These comments can be selected
to print on various reports in the Inventory Control, Purchase Order, Order
Entry, and Work Order systems.

Ending Date          This field contains the ending date for
                     the line comment that is printed on any
                     report.

ICO-COM-TYPE         Alpha 1                                     IC18.1  IC811
Comment Type         This type code determines on which
                     report this line prints.

ICO-LANGUAGE-CODE    Alpha 10                                    IC18.1
Language Code        The code representing the language in
                     which the comment is written. Spaces
                     indicate the base language used at the
                     site.
