PA113 - Retroactive History Update

** Form purpose
Use Retroactive History Update (PA113) to list or update pending retroactive
history.

** Prerequisites
The program selects fields which have been updated with a retroactive date
through one of the following:
- A field is changed retroactively on Employee (HR11) or Employee Conversion
(HR511), and the company's Default Correction Method on Company (HR00) is set
to Create pending update records (1).
- A personnel action is updated and the special processing History Correction
is set to Create pending update records (1).
- A personnel action is updated but no special processing History Correction
is set. The action changed a field retroactively and the company's default
(HR00) is set to Create pending update records (1).
- An employee is updated through a position change on Position (PA02.1). The
Position Action (set on HR00) has a History Correction Method (set on PA50) of
Create pending update records (1).
- A pending retroactive history change was put on hold in Retroactive History
Audit (PA55) and then released from hold making it available for update

** Process at a glance
Make pending retroactive changes to employee records using Employee (HR11),
Conversion (HR511), Positions (PA02), or personnel actions. View the pending
retroactive changes on Retroactive History Audit (PA55.1) and make any changes
necessary to the retroactive history. Run Retroactive History Update (PA113)
to update history files.
