TA147 - Canada Vacation Audit
Use Canadian Vacation Audit (TA147) to report vacation dollars, vacation paid
and the percentage, and compare it to the government standards percentage or
other percentage as entered in comparison percentage field. You can to report
differences or create time records for shortfalls.
Note : This program only audits vacation dollars, not hours.
You have three report options:
Shortfalls Only : occurs where the time accrual dollars paid out to the
employee are less than the percentage calculation entered on the TA147
parameters.
All Differences : reporting all differences, positive and negative.
All Employees in plan : reporting all employees, even if there are no
differences between the parameters entered and the amounts paid
The time records are created using the pay code from the TA40.2 or TA40.3 as
appropriate. It should be noted that no matter what Report Option is selected
(shortfalls only, all differences, all employee in plan), time records are
created only for short falls.
